On 14 June, during a Bible study held at a center belonging to the Independent Baptist Church, a pastor and another leader were detained for four hours before being released on bail, accused of public nuisance offence under Article 77 of the 1991 penal code.
The pastor had been previously questioned on 19 May due to a complaint lodged by a Muslim neighbour.
The accused have two weeks to contest the accusations with the prosecutor before the claim goes to court.
