On 23 March the prosecutor in Iskele District Court withdrew charges against Ryan Keating of illegally importing literature which had followed a joint police and customs raid on his home in January 2021 where personal Bibles and Christian books were seized.
However, in Famagusta district, Ryan still faces charges related to the importation of Christian literature confiscated from his business, Exile Café, as well as for providing unauthorised training in barista skills and wine appreciation. The next hearings related to these charges are scheduled for 17 April and 10 April respectively.

- The prosecutor In Famagusta will drop the other sets of charges against Ryan.
- The harassment from the authorities in Iskele and Famagusta will cease.
