During the Annual Members Meeting in October 2023 the members agreed with a proposal from the board to register MEC as an association CIO (Charity) in the UK. This requires a change in MEC’s Constitution.
At the most recent Annual Members Meeting, on April 15, 2024, the members present unanimously voted to approve the new constitution. However, changes to the constitution require the approval of 2/3’s of the members.
Therefore members who were not present at the 2024 members meeting are requested to vote remotely on the proposed new constitution.
